Shipping Policy:

Most orders received by 2:00 pm CST ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST, on weekends or major holidays ship the following business day. Typically, our standard shipping method used is UPS Second Day Air. Rest assured, all packages shipped from our location are insured from our doorstep to yours so in case of any losses in transit, you're covered. 

Return Policy:

We proudly offer a 7 day return policy for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs. All items must be unworn and unaltered, in the original condition the items was received in. Worn, altered or damaged items will not be accepted as returns and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

Claims:

Claims of damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 7 days or receipt - claims received after this window will be rejected automatically.
