What is your minimum order amount?
While we don’t have a minimum order requirement, to qualify for Free UPS Second Day Air shipping, your order total must be $199.00 or above. Orders that are less than $199.00 will be assessed a shipping charge of $10.00 and will be shipped via USPS Economy Shipping

Can you make custom products?
Yes, we do! Please email us your sample design along with item specifications to info@arijewelryco.com Alternatively, you can also call 713-988-9786 for a quote. In addition to your proposed design, please be sure to have your item’s dimensions, target weight, metal type and metal purity. Currently, we manufacture designs in the following types of metals and purity: 925 Sterling Silver, 10kt Gold, 14kt Gold and 18kt Gold.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
While we try to ship most orders out the same business day, please allow up to 3 business days for an order to ship and an additional two business days in transit from our location to yours.
How do I return items from my order?

How long does it take for an out of stock item to become available again?
While we strive to maintain our stock levels at 100%, we do run short from time to time. Typically, items are restocked within 1 – 3 weeks. Please call 713-988-9786 to substitute items or to explore other avenues.
